Who We Are
SQA is an association of over 2,300 QA professionals in over 30 countries who are dedicated to implementing Good Clinical Practices (GCPs), Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) in industry, government, academia and consulting.
What We Do
The professionals in this Society are challenged to perform duties relating to quality assurance of:
- Non-clinical laboratory studies subject to the GLP regulations of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA);
- Clinical studies subject to GCP regulations of the FDA, International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) and EPA Human Subjects 40 CFR Part 26; and
- Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) worldwide.
SQA advances the profession of Quality Assurance by providing educational, networking and other opportunities to QA professionals. The Society includes general membership, special interest and administrative Committees, Regional Chapters and Specialty Sections.
